    • Applicants must deposit USD 30,000 in a Philippines bank account (e.g., BDO Bank).

    • A medical examination is required.

    • The visa is renewable annually.
       

  • Outcome: Permanent residency in the Philippines

SIRV (Special Investor’s Resident Visa) 

  • General Information:

    • The SIRV is for investors aged 21 or above.

    • Applicants must invest at least USD 75,000 (not USD 70,000 as mentioned in the document) in the Philippines.

    • The investment can be in stocks, a business, or an industry.

    • The visa is renewable as long as the investment is maintained.
       

  • Outcome: Permanent residency in the Philippines.
